Our bacon is Dry Cured using organic curing salts, sugar and spices and traditional methods.

We make our own Air-dried ham and Chorizo spiced sausage using continental knowledge to achieve an authentic taste  and quality product.

The Home Oak Smoked Salmon is made using a 1890c brine recipe and natural oak.
